The brake mechanism uses an electromagnetic brake with wearable brake linings; it is simple, requires no clearance adjustment, and automatically applies in the event of a power cut, controlling the drop distance of heavy loads for safe, reliable operation. The gear box is made of ductile cast iron FCD-45# steel, durable and non-breakable. A special Class-B insulated motor delivers high starting torque, low inertia and low temperature rise for frequent long-time operation.
