The DKDJ electric windlass series adopts a drum transmission structure with planetary gear transmission. A coupling drives the drum directly, making it very easy to replace worn wire rope or change the winding direction of the rope. A PT screw added on the drum fixes the wire rope more safely than conventional fixing, ensuring the rope cannot escape from the drum — built for reliable pulling on building sites, storage and port applications.
The brake mechanism uses an electromagnetic brake with wearable brake linings; it is simple, requires no clearance adjustment, and automatically applies in the event of a power cut, controlling the drop distance of heavy loads for safe, reliable operation. The gear box is made of ductile cast iron FCD-45# steel, durable and non-breakable. A special Class-B insulated motor delivers high starting torque, low inertia and low temperature rise for frequent long-time operation. The driving gear is made of high-quality steel through heat treatment and high-precision machining — wear-resistant, low-noise and highly efficient.
