The VN manual chain hoist pairs a multi-support transmission structure with a double-pawl safety mechanism and Grade 80 galvanized load chain, delivering smooth rotation, light hand pull and a doubled safety factor. Available in capacities from 0.5 t to 100 t, it's built for warehouses, workshops, construction sites and heavy industrial lifting where reliability and load security count, not just light-duty occasional use.
Manufactured to EN 13157 with anti-slip nuts throughout and a special crimped hand wheel cover that prevents chain tilting and snapping, every model in the VN series uses a Grade 80 alloy steel load chain complying with EN 818-7 (safety factor 4). See the specification table below to select the right capacity for your application.
0.5–100 t capacity range, built to EN 13157 standard.
Multi-support structure for low failure rate; double pawls double the safety factor, anti-slip nuts included.
Smooth rotation, light hand pull; crimped hand wheel cover prevents chain tilting.
Grade 80 galvanized alloy steel chain, EN 818-7 compliant, safety factor 4.
Not every lifting job requires powered equipment or specialized low-headroom design. Where loads need dependable manual lifting across warehouses, workshops, construction sites and heavy industrial facilities — from light rigging to 100-ton heavy lifts — a manual chain hoist does the job at lower cost, with no power supply and minimal maintenance. The VN series is built for exactly that: a 0.5–100 t capacity range, multi-support transmission and double-pawl safety for reliable, versatile manual lifting.
Which DLF/DLFP model fits your job? If your ceiling clearance is limited, the DLFP-N low headroom hoist reclaims lift height in a compact body. If your load needs to travel along a beam or runway, the DLFP with electric trolley adds powered horizontal movement. If you just need straightforward fixed-point lifting, the DLF hook type is the simpler, more economical choice.

Choose from 0.5 t to 100 t across 15 models based on your heaviest rated load, plus a safety margin. Light-duty models (0.5–2 t) support single-user operation, while 15 t and above require multi-operator hand chains.
For 2 t and 3 t capacities, select the D version (single-chain, longer lift) or S version (double-chain, more compact body, lower headroom). Models 5 t and above use multi-chain falls as standard.
All models come with a standard 3 m lifting height — custom heights available on request. Check the Hmin dimension in the specification table to ensure the hoist fits your available headroom; choose the S version for tighter spaces.
Models up to 10 t require 240–410 N of hand effort for single-user operation. The 15 t requires 435 N, the 20–50 t require two operators (435×2 N), and the 100 t requires four operators (435×4 N). Every model is built to EN 13157 with Grade 80 galvanized load chain and 1.5× WLL factory testing.
Capacity from 0.5 t to 100 t, manufactured to European Standard EN 13157 for verified safety and quality.
Multi-support structure ensures reasonable force distribution, flexible operation and low failure rate of the transmission system.
Double pawls increase the safety factor by 2 times; all nuts are anti-slip for enhanced structural security.
Smooth rotation, high efficiency and light hand pull reduce operator fatigue during extended use.
The hand wheel cover uses a special crimping process to keep the hand chain from tilting or snapping.
High-strength Grade 80 alloy steel load chain with galvanized finish for corrosion resistance, complying with EN 818-7 (safety factor 4).
What's the difference between the D and S versions?
he VN-2D/3D use a single-chain fall for longer lift height; the VN-2S/3S use a double-chain configuration for a more compact body and lower headroom. Choose based on your available headroom and lift requirements.
What capacities does the VN manual chain hoist come in?
The VN series covers 0.5 t to 100 t across 15 models, all with a standard 3 m lifting height.
How much hand effort is needed to lift the maximum load?
Models up to 10 t require 240–410 N for single-user operation; the 15 t requires 435 N; the 20–50 t require two operators (435×2 N); the 100 t requires four operators (435×4 N).
What safety features and certifications are included?
Manufactured to EN 13157 with a double-pawl mechanism (2× safety factor), anti-slip nuts throughout, and Grade 80 galvanized load chain complying with EN 818-7 (safety factor 4). Every unit is factory-tested at 1.5 times the WLL.
Can I get a custom lifting height or chain configuration?
Yes — standard lift is 3 m across all models; custom lift heights and chain configurations are available on request. The hand chain size is standardized at 5×25 mm for all capacities.
