From what positions can the DF 360° hoist lift?
It can lift and move loads from virtually any position — operators can work above the load, in confined spaces or from the side of the load. The 360° rotating hand chain guide also allows horizontal pulling and tensioning.
What capacities does it come in?
The DF 360° series covers 0.25t, 0.5t, 1t, 1.5t, 2t, 3t, 5t, 10t, 15t, 20t, 30t and 50t per unit.
How does the safety mechanism work?
The hoist is fitted with an overload protection system. Suspension and load hooks are made of 35CrMo alloy steel with heavy-duty safety latches, and can rotate freely 360°. All hoists are tested at 1.5 times of WLL.
What lifting chain specifications are available?
Grade 80 alloy steel load chain with galvanized finish for corrosion resistance (complies with EN 818, safety factor 4), marked with T8 marks as per EN 818-7. Chain sizes range from 4×12 mm up to 11.2×31 mm with multiple falls options.
What is it made of?
It is manufactured to EN13157 standard. Gears are made of 20CrMnTi for excellent toughness and strength. The enclosed robust stamped steel housing protects all internal components even in the toughest conditions. Machined chain sprocket and gears deliver smooth and efficient operation.
