The electric stage hoist is a compact, lightweight chain hoist built for rigging in theaters, concerts and live events. It pairs an individual mechanical brake with an electromagnetic brake to keep the load safe during working, and offers overload protection that shuts down at 120% SWL (for option). The FEC DAT load chain is made according to EN818-7 standards, with minimum break testing meeting an 8 times safety factor, while the alloy steel forging hook rotates 360° and meets a 10 times safety factor with a protecting cover.
Its high strength aluminum body keeps the hoist light, strong and corrosion resistant, reaching IP 66 for demanding stage conditions. The 5-tooth load sprocket is finish-machined by a CNC machining center, and the suspension type design allows convenient maintenance. Up and down limit switches help protect the rigging point, and the folding handle makes the hoist easy to transport between venues.
