What's the difference between a lever hoist and a chain block?
A lever hoist lifts, pulls and tensions loads with a ratchet handle, making it ideal for horizontal work and confined spaces. A chain block lifts vertically only. Choose based on whether your job needs multi-directional control or just straight-up lifting.
What capacities does the DELELIFT lever hoist come in?
The lever hoist series covers 500 kg to 9000 kg capacity, all with a standard 1.5 m lifting height; longer chain lengths are available on request.
Can a lever hoist pull and tension loads, not just lift?
Yes — with the ratchet handle you can lift, pull, stretch and tension loads in any direction, which is why it's widely used for rigging, line tensioning and maintenance work.
What working conditions does the lever hoist support?
Operating temperature from -40°C to +60°C, humidity below 100% RH. Do not use in water; overloading is strictly prohibited.
