Product Overview

The lever hoist pairs an ergonomic handle with machined chain sprocket and gears, delivering smooth, efficient operation with easy handling for all applications. Available in 0.75–9 ton capacity and built to EN 13157, it's engineered for precise manual lifting, pulling and tensioning of loads.

It features heat-treated 35CrMo alloy steel hooks with heavy duty safety latches that rotate freely through 360°, tough 20CrMnTi gears, a galvanized grade 80 alloy steel load chain (EN 818-7, safety factor 4, T8 marked), heavy duty guide rollers to prevent chain slippage and a nylon pull ring. Every hoist is tested at 1.5 times WLL — see the specification below to confirm which model fits your application.

Key Features

01

High-Strength Lifting

Heavy-duty Grade 80 alloy steel load chain with galvanized finish, complying with EN 818-7 for reliable and durable lifting performance.

02

Superior Safety Design

35CrMo alloy steel hooks with heavy-duty safety latches, plus double pawls and heavy-duty guide rollers for enhanced lifting safety and load stability.

03

Smooth & Efficient Operation

Machined chain sprocket and high-strength 20CrMnTi gears ensure smoother, more efficient operation and improved durability.

04

Ergonomic & Flexible Design

Ergonomic handle design and a 360° freely rotating hook provide easy operation and greater flexibility for various lifting applications.

Why Choose a Lever Hoist?

Not every lifting job needs electric power. Where a load must be lifted, pulled or tensioned at one position — with no power source at hand — a lever hoist does the job at lower cost and with less to maintain than an electric unit. Built to EN 13157 in capacities from 0.75 ton to 9 ton, it is designed for exactly that: dependable, portable manual force.

Which DLF/DLFP model fits your job?

If easy, fatigue-free operation matters, the ergonomic handle with machined chain sprocket and gears keeps every lift smooth and efficient. If strength and durability are the priority, heat-treated 35CrMo alloy steel hooks with heavy duty safety latches and 20CrMnTi gears deliver toughness under heavy loads. If corrosion resistance counts, the galvanized grade 80 alloy steel load chain (EN 818-7, safety factor 4, T8 marked) with heavy duty guide rollers runs without slippage — see the specification below to confirm which model fits your application.Compare: DHCompare: DF

How to Select the Right Hand Lever Hoist Model

01

Confirm how you'll use it — lift, pull, or tension

If the load only needs vertical lifting, horizontal pulling, or rope tensioning on site, the hand lever hoist handles all three with one portable unit — no power required.

02

Match capacity to load

Choose from 0.5–9 t based on your heaviest rated load, plus a safety margin.

03

Check chain length and travel

Confirm the chain length covers your required lift height or pulling distance before ordering.

04

Confirm the environment and configuration

Select standard, explosion-proof, or stainless-steel versions and the hook type to match your site — electric power, construction, petrochemical, or mining.

Product Advantages

  • Heavy-Duty Lifting Capacity

  • High-Strength G80 Load Chain

  • Robust & Durable Construction

  • Smooth & Efficient Operation

  • Enhanced Safety Design

  • Ergonomic & Easy Operation

What's the difference between a hand lever hoist and a manual chain block?

The hand lever hoist is operated by a ratchet lever and works at any angle for lifting, pulling, and tensioning; the manual chain block is pull-chain operated and is mainly for vertical lifting at a fixed point.

What capacities does the hand lever hoist come in?

The series covers 0.5 t to 9 t, all with a standard 1.5–3 m chain length; longer chains are available on request.

Can one hoist handle lifting, pulling, and tensioning?

Yes — a single unit covers all three working modes: vertical lifting, horizontal pulling, and rope/chain tensioning, with no power required.

What does it need to run?

Nothing but manpower — the lever-driven design needs no electricity, making it ideal for outdoor, high-altitude, and remote field work in the electric power, construction, petrochemical, and mining industries.
