Product Overview

The DELELIFT small lever hoist pairs a compact, ultra-light body with a precision ratchet mechanism, giving operators smooth vertical lifting, pulling and load tensioning in a tool light enough to be carried and used with one hand. Available in capacities from 250 kg to 500 kg with a standard 1.5 m lifting chain,

it's built for maintenance work, construction, rigging and other confined-space jobs where a load needs to be positioned with precision — not just raised and lowered.

It shares the same high-strength alloy steel load-bearing parts and reliable disc load brake as the full DELELIFT lever hoist series, but in the smallest, lightest package. See the comparison below to confirm which capacity fits your application.

Key Features

01

High-Strength Alloy Steel Hooks

The suspension device and load hook are made of anti-aging, high-strength alloy steel — in case of overload they deform first and never break suddenly. The hook is fitted with a firm safety latch and rotates freely 360°.

02

Ergonomic Handle

The handle follows human design engineering, making the hoist easy and effortless to operate.

03

Fully Closed Housing

The closed design protects the internal parts from dust and pollution.

04

Corrosion-Resistant Disc Load Brake

All parts of the disc load brake are made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring reliable braking and long service life.

Why Choose a DC Lever Hoist?

Where a load needs to be lifted, pulled or tensioned at a fixed point or in a spot with no power supply — a workbench, a truck bed, a maintenance bay, an outdoor job site — a lever hoist does the job at lower cost and with less to maintain than an electric unit, and it works anywhere, anytime. The DELELIFT lever hoist is built for exactly that: dependable, precise manual lifting and pulling.

Which DELELIFT lever hoist fits your job? If you work in tight, restricted spaces and want the lightest tool, the small lever hoist (250–500 kg) is the most portable choice. If you need a dependable balance of capacity and portability for routine lifting and rigging, the standard lever hoist handles most jobs with ease.Compare: DCCompare: DLH

How to Select the Right Model

01

Confirm you need a lever hoist, not a powered hoist

If the load is lifted, pulled or tensioned at a fixed point with no power supply available, a lever hoist is the simpler, lighter and more economical choice.

02

Match capacity to load

Choose from 250–3000 kg based on your heaviest rated load, plus a safety margin.

03

Confirm lifting chain length

Select the chain length to match your required lifting height and working range before ordering.

04

Confirm hook and suspension type

Choose standard or 360° swivel hooks to match your rigging and attachment points.

Product Advantages

  • Smallest & lightest in the brand — works easily even in restricted spaces.

  • Alloy steel hooks deform first under overload — never break suddenly.

  • Firm safety latch with free 360° hook rotation.

  • Human-engineered handle for easy, effortless operation.

  • Closed housing protects internal parts from dust.

  • High-quality corrosion-resistant disc brake — reliable and durable.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between a lever hoist and a chain block?

A lever hoist lifts, pulls and tensions loads with a ratchet handle, making it ideal for horizontal work and confined spaces. A chain block lifts vertically only. Choose a lever hoist for portability and multi-directional control; choose a chain block for repeated straight-up lifting.

What capacities does the DELELIFT lever hoist come in?

The series covers six models from 0.25 t to 3 t (0.25 / 0.5 / 0.75 / 1.5 / 2.5 / 3 t), all with a standard 1.5 m lifting height; longer chain lengths are available on request.

How much effort does it take to lift the rated load?

Effort required to lift the rated load is only 260 N for the 0.25 t and 0.5 t models, 220 N for the 0.75 t, and up to 350 N for the 3 t model — so even the larger units are comfortable to operate by hand.

Is every hoist load-tested before delivery?

Yes. Each unit is factory tested to 1.5 times its rated load (test load 375–4500 N across the range), and the load chain, brake and hooks are all verified before leaving our plant.

What are the working conditions?

Operating temperature from -40°C to +60°C, humidity below 100% RH. Do not use in water; overloading is strictly prohibited.
