The CK Series hand chain hoist pairs a rugged hoist body with a multi-point supported precision gear drive, delivering smooth, efficient vertical lifting with light hand pull effort. Manufactured to EN 13157 standard and available in capacities from 0.5 ton up to 20 ton (full range extends to 50 ton) with standard lifting heights of 2.5 m to 3 m, it is purpose-built for equipment installation, goods loading and unloading across factories, mines, farms, construction sites, wharves, docks and warehouses, and excels at open-air lifting jobs and worksites with no access to power.
It features a double pawl safety mechanism that doubles the safety factor, anti-slip nuts across all fasteners for reliable retention, and a high-strength Grade 80 galvanized alloy steel load chain compliant with EN 818 (safety factor of 4) for excellent corrosion resistance and long service life. It can be mounted to any manual trolley to add horizontal travel capability, fitting seamlessly into monorail overhead conveying systems, hand travelling cranes and jib cranes.
Manufactured to EN 13157 standard, it comes with a dual-pawl brake that doubles the safety factor. All fasteners are fitted with anti-slip nuts for secure, reliable load holding.
The multi-point support structure significantly reduces failure rate. Its precision gear train delivers smooth rotation, high lifting efficiency and low hand pull effort.
