The DL-VW manual heavy-duty winch combines a compact and firm structure with high-quality alloy-steel gears and other core components, given special heat treatment for durability. Its fully automatic brake holds the load in position anytime the handle is released. The lever handle may be operated in a full circle or swung at any angle in any position of the circle — a unique advantage in narrow spaces. Available in 0.5t, 1t, 2t and 3t models, it is built for reliable manual pulling where power is unavailable.
The sealed gear box and braking mechanism keep foreign matter out, protecting normal operation. The handle uses a free-adjustable structure to set its length as needed. The large ratchet holds more wire rope — from Φ6.3 to Φ12.5 mm in 40 m lengths — making the winch well suited to deep-well operation and long-distance drawing.
