The hand winch with wire rope is built for accurate, reliable pulling in light-duty applications. Its body is made by steel stamping, with edge polish, heat treatment and anti-corrosion treatment for durable, smooth operation. Available from DL-W6 at 600 LBS (408 kg) up to DL-W35 at 3500 LBS (2385 kg), it covers a wide range of small pulling and lifting tasks — from boat trailers and garden machinery to light equipment positioning.
The winch uses wire rope of Φ4 mm × 8 m / 10 m, Φ5 mm × 10 m or Φ6 mm × 10 m depending on model. Gear ratios range from 3.2:1 on the light units up to 4.4:1 / 9.3:1 dual ratios on the heavier models, with 1-way or 2-way and single or dual speed options. Net weight runs from just 2.5 kg up to 8.7 kg, keeping the winch portable and easy to mount.
Available from 600 to 3,500 LBS, suitable for various pulling and lifting applications.
Steel-stamped components with accurate processing ensure reliable strength and consistent performance.
Polished edges and heat-treated components improve durability and safe handling.
Special anti-corrosion treatment helps protect the surface for long-term use in demanding environments.
Not every lifting and pulling job needs a powered winch. Where a load must be raised, pulled or positioned by hand — on a maintenance bay, in equipment installation or where no power is available — a hand winch gives you direct, accurate control. The hand winch with wire rope is built for exactly that lifting duty: a steel-stamped body, edge polished, heat treated and anti-corrosion treated, for smooth, durable operation.
Which DL-W model fits your job? For light lifting, the DL-W6 to DL-W12 (600–1200 LBS / 408–825 kg) use Φ4 mm rope with 3.2:1 or 4.1:1 ratios. For heavier loads, the DL-W14 to DL-W35 (1400–3500 LBS / 900–2385 kg) step up to Φ5 mm or Φ6 mm rope with 4:1 up to 4.4:1 / 9.3:1 dual ratios, in 2-way single or dual speed versions. All weigh just 2.5–8.7 kg, portable and easy to mount. Compare: DL-WCompare: DL-C
