A manual-trolley mounted electric chain hoist that travels along I-beam runways by hand — built for workshops, warehouses and maintenance bays that need electric lifting with manual repositioning, not powered horizontal travel.
The electric chain hoist with manual trolley pairs a compact chain hoist body with a push-along trolley, giving the unit manual horizontal travel along an I-beam in addition to electric vertical lift. Available in capacities from 0.5t to 5t with a 3 m standard lifting height, it's built for workshops, warehouses and maintenance bays where the load needs to be repositioned by hand along a fixed beam, but not driven along automatically. It uses Japan FEC80 ultra heat-treatable alloy steel chain, with lifting height configured to your requirement.
Safety is engineered in at every layer. An overload clutch acts as emergency protection — the clutch engages and the motor slips under abnormal load. An inverse phase sequence protection device prevents the circuit from working in case of power wiring errors, while the side magnetic braking device delivers instant braking on power dump. A limit switch stops the motor automatically at the upper and lower travel ends, and an emergency stop button cuts off the motor circuit in any critical situation. Control voltage of 24V / 36V / 48V / 110V is optional — low control voltage helps prevent accidents caused by hand-switch leakage. Wireless remote control and an overheat protector can also be assembled.
Manual trolley provides flexible positioning and easy movement along the beam.
Overload clutch, phase-sequence protection, limit switch and emergency stop ensure safer operation.
Side magnetic brake provides rapid braking when power is interrupted.
Japan FEC80 alloy steel chain with optional low-voltage control, wireless remote and overheat protection.
Workshops, warehouses and maintenance bays often need electric lifting but don't need powered horizontal travel — operators only reposition the load by hand along the beam. The manual-trolley hoist is built for exactly that: a compact chain hoist body on a push-along trolley, with Japan FEC80 ultra heat-treatable alloy steel chain and lifting height configured to your requirement.
Which configuration fits your application? Capacities run from 0.5t to 5t with a 3 m standard lift. Safety is engineered in at every layer — overload clutch that slips under abnormal load, inverse phase sequence protection, side magnetic braking that applies instantly on power dump, limit switches at upper/lower ends, and an emergency stop button. Control voltage of 24V / 36V / 48V / 110V is optional, and wireless remote control or an overheat protector can also be assembled.Compare: DLTD with Manual Trolley Compare: DLTD with Electric Trolley

If the load only needs to be repositioned by hand along the beam, the manual-trolley hoist is the simpler, lower-cost choice; choose an electric-trolley version only when powered travel is required.
Choose from 0.5t, 1t, 1.5t, 2t, 3t or 5t based on your heaviest rated load, plus safety margin.
Confirm the trolley's track range matches your I-beam: 68-130 mm for 0.5–1t, 82-153 mm for 1.5–3t, 100-178 mm for the 5t model.
Select from 200–600V, 3-phase, 50Hz supply and 24V / 36V / 48V / 110V control voltage to match your site's electrical standard.
Manual trolley enables easy positioning and smooth movement along the beam.
Clutch slips under abnormal loads to protect the motor and hoist.
Phase-sequence protection, limit switch and emergency stop improve
Side magnetic brake provides rapid braking during power failure.
Japan FEC80 heat-treated alloy steel chain delivers durable performance.
24V/36V/48V/110V control, with optional wireless remote and overheat protection.
What's the difference between the manual-trolley and electric-trolley version?
The manual-trolley hoist is pushed by hand along the I-beam for horizontal movement; the electric-trolley version adds a travel motor for powered movement. Choose the manual version when you only reposition the load by hand, not when powered travel is needed.
What capacities does the manual-trolley hoist come in?
The series covers 0.5t to 5t, all with a standard 3 m lifting height.
What chain does it use?
It uses Japan FEC80 ultra heat-treatable alloy steel chain, with chain diameter and partings selected by capacity (Ø6.3 to Ø11.2, single / double / triple partings). Lifting height is configured to your requirement.
What safety features are built in?
An overload clutch slips under abnormal load, inverse phase sequence protection blocks the circuit on wiring errors, a side magnetic brake applies instantly on power dump, limit switches stop at upper/lower ends, and an emergency stop button cuts the motor circuit. Wireless remote control and overheat protection can also be fitted.
What voltage does it support?
200–600V, 3-phase, 50Hz supply, with an optional low control voltage of 24V / 36V / 48V / 110V to prevent leakage-related accidents.
