A geared electric trolley mounted electric chain hoist that travels along I-beam runways — built for monorail cranes and single-girder systems that need horizontal travel, not just fixed-point lifting, with rated capacities covering 7.5 ton to 25 ton.
The 7.5–25Ton electric chain hoist with electric trolley pairs a heavy-duty chain hoist body with a geared electric trolley, giving the unit powered horizontal travel along an I-beam in addition to vertical lift. It adopts a light aluminum alloy shell — light but hard, with a high heat dissipation rate and all-tightness design — built to perform in terrible work environments. It uses Japan FEC80 ultra heat-treatable alloy steel chain.
Safety is engineered in at every layer. An inverse phase sequence protection device prevents the circuit from working in case of power wiring errors. A limit switch stops the motor automatically at the upper and lower lift ends to prevent over-travel. The 24V & 36V control device prevents emergencies caused by switch leakage, and the side magnetic braking device applies instant braking on power dump. A light, handsome and durable chain bag keeps the chain organized during operation.
High-strength aluminum alloy housing offers excellent heat dissipation and durability for demanding environments.
Phase-sequence protection, limit switch and 24V/36V low-voltage control enhance operational safety.
Side magnetic brake provides rapid and reliable braking during power failure.
Japan FEC80 heat-treated alloy steel chain ensures high strength and reliable lifting performance.
Heavy-duty workshops, steel warehouses and production lines lift 7.5–25T loads every day, so structural strength, heat dissipation and electrical safety cannot be compromised. This electric-trolley hoist is built for exactly that: a light aluminum alloy shell — light but hard, with high heat dissipation and all-tightness design — on a geared electric trolley, using Japan FEC80 ultra heat-treatable alloy steel chain.

If the load only needs to move vertically, the fixed hoist is the simpler choice; choose the DLEPP electric-trolley version when you need powered horizontal travel along the I-beam.
Choose from 7.5t, 10t, 15t, 20t or 25t based on your heaviest rated load, plus safety margin. Single-speed or dual-speed ("SD-SD") lifting is available per model.
Confirm the trolley's track range matches your I-beam: 100-178 mm for 7.5–10t, 150-220 mm for 15–25t.
Select from 200–600V, 3-phase, 50Hz supply and 24V / 36V control voltage to match your site's electrical standard.
