A geared trolley-mounted twin-hook electric chain hoist that travels along I-beam runways — built for stage rigging, long-load handling and two-point lifting where both hooks must stay level, not just fixed-point single-hook lifting.
The 500kg~3T electric chain hoist with double hooks is a compact lifting unit built for applications where two synchronized lift points are required — such as stage truss rigging, symmetrical equipment lifting and long-load handling. It is fitted with Japan FEC80 ultra heat-treatable alloy steel chain, with lifting height configured to your requirement. A geared electric trolley gives the unit powered horizontal travel in addition to vertical lift.
Safety is engineered in at every layer. An overload clutch acts as emergency protection — the clutch engages and the motor slips under abnormal load. An inverse phase sequence protection device prevents the circuit from working in case of power wiring errors, while the side magnetic braking device delivers instant braking on power dump. A limit switch stops the motor automatically at the upper and lower travel ends to prevent over-travel, and an emergency stop button cuts off the motor circuit in any critical situation. Control voltage of 24V / 36V / 48V / 110V is optional — low control voltage helps prevent accidents caused by hand-switch leakage. Wireless remote control and an overheat protector can also be assembled.
500 kg–3 Ton capacity with dual hooks for stable and reliable lifting.
Overload clutch, limit switch, phase-sequence protection and emergency stop enhance operational safety.
Side magnetic braking system provides rapid braking when power is interrupted.
Japan FEC80 alloy steel chain with optional 24V/36V/48V/110V control, wireless remote and overheat protection.
Applications that lift long, symmetrical or stage-rigged loads need two synchronized hooks that stay level — not two separate hoists. The DLEDT-H twin-hook hoist is built for exactly that: capacities from 0.25+0.25t up to 1.5+1.5t, a 3 m standard lift, and a geared electric trolley that travels along an I-beam in addition to vertical lift. It uses Japan FEC80 ultra heat-treatable alloy steel chain.
Which configuration fits your rig? Single-speed models lift at 6.8 / 6.6 / 5.4–6.6 m/min; dual-speed ("-2D") versions give 6.8&1.7 / 6.6&1.65 / 5.4&1.35 m/min for precise positioning. Safety is engineered in at every layer — overload clutch, inverse phase sequence protection, limit switch, side magnetic braking, emergency stop button, and an optional 24V / 36V / 48V / 110V low control voltage. Wireless remote control and overheat protection can also be assembled.Compare: DLEDT Compare: DLEDT-H

If the load is long, symmetrical or rigged from two points (stage truss, long equipment), a twin-hook hoist keeps both points level; for single-point lifting, a standard single-hook hoist is the simpler choice.
Choose from 0.25+0.25t, 0.5+0.5t, 1+1t or 1.5+1.5t based on your heaviest symmetrical load, plus safety margin.
Single-speed models lift at 6.8 / 6.6 / 5.4–6.6 m/min; pick the "-2D" dual-speed version for fine positioning (6.8&1.7 / 6.6&1.65 / 5.4&1.35 m/min).
Confirm the trolley's track range matches your I-beam: 58-153 mm for 0.5t models, 82-178 mm for 1t, 100-178 mm for 1.5t. Supply is 200-600V, 3-phase, 50Hz, with optional control voltage of 24V / 36V / 48V / 110V.
Dual hooks provide stable and reliable lifting performance.
Clutch slips under abnormal loads to protect the motor and hoist.
Phase-sequence protection, limit switch and emergency stop enhance safety.
Side magnetic brake provides rapid braking during power failure.
Japan FEC80 heat-treated alloy steel chain ensures durable lifting performance.
24V/36V/48V/110V control, with optional wireless remote and overheat protection.
What is a twin-hook hoist used for?
It lifts long, symmetrical or two-point loads — such as stage truss, long equipment and frames — while keeping both hooks level, and travels along an I-beam for horizontal movement.
What capacities does the DLEDT-H come in?
The series covers twin-hook configurations from 0.25+0.25t up to 1.5+1.5t, all with a standard 3 m lifting height.
Single-speed or dual-speed?
Single-speed models lift at 6.8 / 6.6 / 5.4–6.6 m/min; the "-2D" dual-speed versions give 6.8&1.7 / 6.6&1.65 / 5.4&1.35 m/min for fine positioning, with travel speed 11/21 or 5&20 m/min accordingly.
What safety features are built in?
An overload clutch slips under abnormal load, inverse phase sequence protection blocks the circuit on wiring errors, a side magnetic brake applies instantly on power dump, limit switches stop at upper/lower ends, and an emergency stop button cuts the motor circuit. Wireless remote control and overheat protection can also be fitted.
What voltage does it support?
200–600V, 3-phase, 50Hz supply, with an optional low control voltage of 24V / 36V / 48V / 110V to prevent leakage-related accidents.
