A heavy-duty geared electric trolley mounted electric chain hoist that travels along I-beam runways — built for monorail cranes and single-girder systems that demand reliable horizontal transfer and heavy-load vertical lifting, with rated capacities covering 7.5t to 25t.
The DLEDP electric chain hoist with electric trolley pairs a heavy-duty chain hoist body with a geared electric trolley, giving the unit powered horizontal travel along an I-beam in addition to vertical lift. Available in capacities from 7.5 ton to 25 ton with a standard 3 m lifting height, it's built for monorail cranes, single-girder crane runways, and assembly lines where loads need to move along a fixed path, not just up and down.
It shares its reliable lifting mechanism with low headroom electric chain hoist, but adds powered trolley travel — see the comparison below to confirm which fits your installation.
Built-in clutch provides emergency overload protection, allowing the motor to slip under abnormal loads and helping protect the hoist from damage.
Equipped with limit switch, phase sequence protection, emergency stop button and side magnetic brake for safer and more reliable operation.
Adopts Japan FEC80 heat-treated alloy steel chain, offering high strength and durability. Lifting height can be customized according to requirements.
24V, 36V, 48V and 110V control voltages are available. Wireless remote control and overheat protection can also be equipped.
Not every heavy lifting job needs headroom optimization or powered travel. Where a load is lifted and lowered at one fixed station — a heavy workshop, machining area, maintenance bay — a hook-suspended hoist does the job at lower cost and with less maintenance than a trolley-mounted or low-headroom unit. The DLF is built for exactly that: dependable, fixed-point heavy lifting.
Which DLHDP/DLEDP model fits your job? If your ceiling clearance is limited, the DLEDP-N low headroom hoist maximizes available lifting height within a compact body. If your heavy load needs to travel along an I-beam or runway, the DLEDP with electric trolley adds powered horizontal movement. If you just need straightforward fixed-point lifting, the DLHDP hook type is the simpler, more economical choice.Compare: DLEDPCompare: DLHDP

What's the difference between the DLHDP and the DLEDP?
The DLEDP electric trolley hoist is designed for horizontal travel along I-beams; the DLEDP-N low-headroom hoist is a fixed-point lifting unit optimized for applications with limited vertical clearance. Select the model according to whether your heavy load requires horizontal travelling or only vertical lifting.
What capacities does the DLEDP trolley hoist cover?
The DLEDP series offers load capacities ranging from 7.5 ton to 25 ton, with a standard lifting height of 3 m.
What is the travelling speed of the electric trolley?
The single-speed trolley runs at 11 m/min. The dual-speed version features 5 m/min & 20 m/min travelling speeds. Heavy-duty models adopt 0.75kW or dual 0.75kW travelling motors.
Is a manual trolley version available?
Yes. If powered horizontal movement is not required, the heavy-duty electric chain hoist can be equipped with a manual geared trolley or plain manual trolley.
What power supply does the DLEDP support?
The DLEDP accepts an input voltage of 200–600V, with optional safety control voltage ranging from 24V to 110V.
