A geared electric trolley mounted electric chain hoist that travels along I-beam runways — built for monorail cranes and single-girder systems that need horizontal travel, not just fixed-point lifting, with rated capacities covering 0.5 ton to 5 ton.
The electric chain hoist with electric trolley pairs a compact chain hoist body with a geared electric trolley, giving the unit powered horizontal travel along an I-beam in addition to vertical lift. Available in capacities from 0.5t to 5t with a 3 m standard lifting height, it's built for monorail cranes, single-girder crane runways and assembly lines where a load needs to move along a fixed path, not just up and down. It uses Japan FEC80 ultra heat-treatable alloy steel chain, with lifting height configured to your requirement.
Safety is engineered in at every layer. An overload clutch acts as emergency protection — the clutch engages and the motor slips under abnormal load. An inverse phase sequence protection device prevents the circuit from working in case of power wiring errors, while the side magnetic braking device delivers instant braking on power dump. A limit switch stops the motor automatically at the upper and lower travel ends to prevent over-travel, and an emergency stop button cuts off the motor circuit in any critical situation. Control voltage of 24V / 36V / 48V / 110V is optional — low control voltage helps prevent accidents caused by hand-switch leakage. Wireless remote control and an overheat protector can also be assembled.
Overload clutch, phase-sequence protection, limit switch and emergency stop ensure safe operation.
Side magnetic brake provides rapid braking when power is interrupted.
Japan FEC80 heat-treated alloy steel chain ensures reliable and durable lifting.
24V/36V/48V/110V control, with optional wireless remote and overheat protection.
Workshops, warehouses and production lines that move loads along a fixed beam need both reliable lifting and powered horizontal travel — not just up and down. The electric chain hoist with electric trolley is built for exactly that: a compact chain hoist body on a geared electric trolley, with Japan FEC80 ultra heat-treatable alloy steel chain and lifting height configured to your requirement.

If the load only needs to move vertically, the fixed-hoist or manual-trolley version is the simpler choice; choose the electric-trolley DLEDT when you need powered horizontal travel along the I-beam.
Choose from 0.5t, 1t, 1.5t, 2t, 3t or 5t based on your heaviest rated load, plus safety margin.
Confirm the trolley's track range matches your I-beam: 58-153 mm for 0.5–1t, 82-178 mm for 1.5–3t, 100-178 mm for the 5t model.
Select from 200–600V, 3-phase, 50Hz supply and 24V / 36V / 48V / 110V control voltage to match your site's electrical standard.
Clutch slips under abnormal loads to protect the motor and hoist.
Phase-sequence protection, limit switch and emergency stop enhance operational safety.
Side magnetic brake provides rapid braking during power failure.
Japan FEC80 heat-treated alloy steel chain ensures reliable lifting performance.
24V/36V/48V/110V control options help reduce electrical safety risks.
Wireless remote control and motor overheat protection are available.
What's the difference between the electric-trolley and manual-trolley version?
The DLEDT with electric trolley travels along the I-beam at powered speed; the DLTD manual-trolley version is pushed by hand. Choose the DLEDT when the load needs to travel along a fixed path, not just lift.
What capacities does the DLEDT trolley hoist come in?
The series covers 0.5t, 1t, 1.5t, 2t, 3t and 5t, all with a standard 3 m lifting height.
How fast does the electric trolley travel?
Standard travel speed is 11/21 m/min across the range (5&20 m/min on dual-speed models), powered by 0.4 kW travel motors for 0.5–2t and 0.75 kW for 3–5t.
What safety features are built in?
An overload clutch slips under abnormal load, inverse phase sequence protection blocks the circuit on wiring errors, a side magnetic brake applies instantly on power dump, limit switches stop at upper/lower ends, and an emergency stop button cuts the motor circuit. Wireless remote control and overheat protection can also be fitted.
What voltage does it support?
200–600V, 3-phase, 50Hz supply, with an optional low control voltage of 24V / 36V / 48V / 110V to prevent leakage-related accidents.
