A heavy-duty DPD horizontal lifting clamp manufactured from high-quality carbon steel, featuring a replaceable screw jaw and integrated safety button, that lifts and transports steel plates, structural sections and profiled bars in horizontal position — built for steel fabrication yards, construction sites and steel stockyards that need versatile multi-profile horizontal lifting, not just standard flat plate handling.
The DPD horizontal lifting clamp is suitable for lifting and transport of steel plates, construction and profiled bar in horizontal position. Manufactured from high-quality carbon steel, it is available from DPD-0.8 at 0.8t per pair up to DPD-10 at 10t per pair. The working load limit is the maximum load the clamp is authorized to support when used in pairs with a lift angle of 60°, and in lifting operations the clamps can be used in pairs or multiples.
The screw jaw of the body can be changed, and the clamp also has a safety button. Jaw opening ranges from 0–25 mm on the DPD-0.8 up to 0–125 mm on the DPD-10, with net weight from 2.5 kg up to 33 kg. Snatch or shock loading must be avoided.
Specially designed for the horizontal lifting and transportation of steel plates, construction materials and profiled bars.
Manufactured from high-quality carbon steel, providing a strong and durable structure for lifting operations.
Available in 0.8–10T WLL per pair, with jaw openings from 0–125 mm for different material thicknesses.
The screw jaw is replaceable and equipped with a safety button for secure and convenient operation.
Not every plate can be lifted vertically by a hook. Where a steel plate, construction section or profiled bar must be picked up and transported horizontally, a dedicated horizontal clamp holds the edge firmly. The DPD is built for exactly that: high-quality carbon steel, with a safety button and a replaceable screw jaw.
Which DPD model fits your job? For thin plates, the DPD-0.8 to DPD-3 (0.8–3t per pair) cover jaw openings from 0–25 mm to 0–45 mm. For thicker or heavier plates, the DPD-4 to DPD-10 (4–10t per pair) extend from 0–50 mm up to 0–125 mm. All are used in pairs at a 60° lift angle (or multiples), and snatch or shock loading must be avoided.Compare: DPD HORIZONTAL LIFTING CLAMP Compare: DPH PIPE LIFTING CLAMP

If a steel plate, construction section or profiled bar must be lifted in horizontal position, the DPD horizontal clamp is the right choice.
Choose from 0.8t, 1t, 1.6t, 2t, 3t, 4t, 5t, 6t, 8t and 10t per pair based on the heaviest plate load, plus safety margin.
Confirm the jaw range matches your plate: 0–25 mm to 0–45 mm on the lighter models, and 0–50 mm up to 0–125 mm on the 4–10t units.
The WLL applies when used in pairs at a 60° lift angle (or multiples). The screw jaw is replaceable and a safety button is fitted; avoid snatch or shock loading.
