The stainless steel hand chain hoist pairs a compact, corrosion-resistant body with double pawls as standard, delivering dependable manual lifting in the most demanding environments. Available in capacities from 1 ton to 5 tons and built to EN 13157, it operates from -40°C to +55°C, making it ideal for chemical, topside and subsea hoisting, drug processing, food processing, sewage treatment and other high-cleanliness industries.
It comes with calibrated grade S(6) 316L stainless steel load chain, hand chain and bottom hook, or grade T(8) load chain to BS EN 818-7 DT9 with corrosion-coated hand chain — see the specification below to confirm which fits your installation. Every unit features a 360° rotating stainless steel hook with safety latch, plus over 600 hours of salt spray protection to ASTM B117. Note: stainless steel bottom hooks are only available for 500 kg and 1 tonne units.

Which configuration fits your job? If maximum corrosion resistance is the priority, choose the calibrated grade S(6) 316L stainless steel load chain, hand chain and bottom hook. If higher strength for heavier duties is what you need, choose the calibrated grade T(8) load chain to BS EN 818-7 DT9 with corrosion-coated hand chain.
