Product Overview

The E-type vertical lifting clamp is a standard-design clamp for vertical lifting of steel plates and steel structures. Its spring-loaded tightening lock mechanism assures a positive initial clamping force. Manufactured from die-forged special alloy steel, the main body and the shackle are optimally tempered for maximum strength and durability. Available from E-1 at 1t up to E-5 at 5t, it is built for dependable vertical plate lifting.

The clamp is equipped with a safety mechanism that ensures it does not slip when lifting force is applied and when the load is being lowered. High-frequency quenching of the die-forged special-alloy-steel cam gives greater durability. Jaw opening ranges from 0–22 mm on the E-1 up to 0–50 mm on the E-5, with net weight from 3.6 kg up to 16.5 kg.

Key Features

01

Vertical Lifting Design

Designed for vertical lifting of steel plates and steel structures, with a WLL of 1–5 Ton and opening sizes of 0–50 mm.

02

Secure Spring Locking

The spring-loaded tightening mechanism provides reliable initial clamping force, ensuring a secure grip even before lifting.

03

Reliable Safety Mechanism

Equipped with a safety mechanism to help prevent the clamp from slipping when lifting force is applied or when the load is being lowered.

04

High-Strength Forged Construction

The main body and shackle are made of die-forged special alloy steel, while the cam is high-frequency quenched for enhanced strength, wear resistance, and durability.

Why Choose a Vertical Lifting Clamp?

Where a steel plate or steel structure must be picked up and held vertically, a vertical lifting clamp grips the edge securely. The E-type is built for exactly that: a standard design whose spring-loaded lock gives a positive initial clamping force, so the bite holds from the moment you lift.

Which E-type model fits your job? For thin plates, the E-1 and E-2 (1t / 2t) cover jaw openings from 0–22 mm to 0–30 mm. For thicker plates, the E-3 and E-5 (3t / 5t) extend from 0–35 mm up to 0–50 mm. All share the safety mechanism that prevents slipping under lifting force and while lowering, a die-forged special-alloy-steel body and shackle optimally tempered for strength, and a high-frequency-quenched cam for durability. Compare: E-TYPE VERTICAL LIFTING CLAMP Compare: DLC HORIZONTAL LIFTING CLAMP

How to Select the Right E-type Clamp

01

Confirm you need vertical lifting, not horizontal

If a steel plate or structure must be picked up and held vertically, the E-type vertical clamp is the right choice — its spring-loaded lock gives a positive initial clamping force.

02

Match WLL to plate weight

Choose from 1t, 2t, 3t and 5t based on the heaviest plate load, plus safety margin.

03

Check jaw opening vs plate thickness

Confirm the jaw range matches your plate: 0–22 mm on the E-1, 0–30 mm on the E-2, 0–35 mm on the E-3, and 0–50 mm on the E-5.

04

Confirm safety and build

The safety mechanism prevents slipping under lifting force and while lowering; the die-forged special-alloy-steel body and shackle are optimally tempered, and the cam is high-frequency quenched for durability.

Product Advantages

  • WLL 1–5 Ton, covering various lifting requirements for different steel plates and structures.
