A heavy-duty DMS horizontal lifting clamp forged from special alloy steel with high-frequency hardening, featuring a spring-loaded lock mechanism and load-proportional self-tightening grip, that performs two-point longitudinal horizontal lifting of flat steel plates, H-beams, I-beams, T-sections, L-shaped steel and structural iron — built for steel fabrication workshops, structural construction sites and steel yards that need reliable multi-profile horizontal hoisting, not just basic flat plate lifting.
The DMS horizontal lifting clamp is an ideal two-point clamp for longitudinal hanging next to flat steel plates (H type, I type, T type, L-shaped steel, etc.) and horizontal structural iron and shaped steel. Its spring-tightened lock mechanism grips securely even under no-load conditions. With a working load limit from 0.5t to 10t per pair, it is built for dependable horizontal handling of steel sections and plates.
The mechanism increases gripping force proportionally to the lifting load, holding tighter as the weight rises. The cam is die-forged from special alloy steel and high-frequency hardened for durability. Jaw opening ranges from 0–20 mm on the DMS-0.5 up to 0–40 mm on the DMS-5 and 10–70 mm on the DMS-10, with net weight from 3.2 kg up to 35 kg.
Suitable for horizontal lifting of various steel plates and structural steel, including H-beam, I-beam, T-beam and L-shaped steel.
The spring-loaded locking mechanism maintains a firm grip even under no-load conditions, improving operational safety.
The gripping force automatically increases in proportion to the lifting load, providing stronger and more reliable clamping during operation.
Made from die-forged special alloy steel with high-frequency hardening, the cam offers excellent wear resistance and long service life.
Where an H-beam, I-beam, T-bar, L-shaped steel or horizontal structural iron must be picked up and moved, a two-point horizontal clamp holds the member along its length. The DMS is built for exactly that: a spring-tightened lock that grips securely even at no load, and a cam that bites harder as the load rises.
Which DMS model fits your job? For light sections, the DMS-0.5 to DMS-2 (0.5–2t per pair) cover jaw openings from 0–20 mm to 0–30 mm. For heavier sections, the DMS-3, DMS-5 and DMS-10 (3–10t per pair) extend from 0–38 mm to 0–40 mm and 10–70 mm. All share the die-forged, high-frequency-hardened alloy-steel cam, with net weight from 3.2 kg up to 35 kg.Compare: DMS HORIZONTAL LIFTING CLAMP Compare: DVC VERTICAL LIFTING CLAMP

If an H-beam, I-beam, T-bar, L-shaped steel or horizontal structural iron must be lifted longitudinally, the DMS two-point horizontal clamp is the right choice.
Choose from 0.5t, 1t, 2t, 3t, 5t and 10t per pair based on the heaviest section load, plus safety margin.
Confirm the jaw range matches your material: 0–20 mm to 0–30 mm on the lighter models, 0–38 / 0–40 mm on the 3t / 5t, and 10–70 mm on the 10t wide-jaw model.
The spring-tightened lock grips securely even at no load, and gripping force increases proportionally to the lifting load; the die-forged alloy-steel cam is high-frequency hardened for durability.
WLL 0.5–10 Ton/Pair, covering a wide range of lifting requirements for different steel materials.
Specially designed for horizontal lifting of steel plates and structural steel, including H-beams, I-beams, T-sections, and L-sections.
The spring-loaded locking mechanism maintains a secure grip even under no-load conditions, enhancing operational safety.
The gripping force increases proportionally with the lifting load, providing a stronger and more secure hold during lifting.
Made with a special alloy steel die-forged cam and high-frequency hardening for excellent wear resistance and durability.
Suitable for single-point, two-point, and multi-point lifting of steel plates, structural steel, pipes, and various shaped steel sections.
What is the DMS horizontal clamp used for?
It is an ideal two-point clamp for longitudinal hanging next to flat steel plates (H type, I type, T type, L-shaped steel, etc.) and horizontal structural iron and shaped steel.
What capacities does it come in?
The DMS series covers 0.5t, 1t, 2t, 3t, 5t and 10t per pair.
How does the grip work?
A spring-tightened lock mechanism grips securely even at no load, and the mechanism increases gripping force proportionally to the lifting load — it bites harder as the weight rises.
What jaw openings are available?
Jaw opening ranges from 0–20 mm on the 0.5t model up to 0–40 mm on the 5t model, with the 10t model offering a wide 10–70 mm opening.
What is the cam made of?
The cam is die-forged from special alloy steel and high-frequency hardened for distinguished durability.
