A DML-series permanent magnetic lifter that turns strong permanent magnetism on and off by hand to lift steel workpieces — built for shops and stockyards that need safe, cable-free lifting with a 3.5:1 safety factor.
The DML series permanent magnetic lifter pairs a heavy-duty steel housing with a strong permanent magnetic circuit and manual control lever, giving the unit reliable high pull-off strength in addition to electricity-free, one-hand operation for ferrous load handling. Available in rated capacities from 100 kg to 10,000 kg with a 3.0–3.5:1 safety factor, it's built for steel fabrication workshops, machinery manufacturing plants, metal warehouses and tooling workshops where flat ferrous workpieces need to be lifted and repositioned cleanly, not just sling-based hooked lifting.
It shares its permanent magnetic lifting mechanism with standard magnetic lifters, but adds an optimized magnetic circuit for stronger holding force and longer stable performance — see the specification table below to confirm which model fits your working requirements.
Features a high-performance permanent magnetic circuit that provides stable magnetic holding force without external power, suitable for lifting steel plates, steel materials and other ferromagnetic workpieces.
The DML Series offers rated capacities from 100 kg to 10,000 kg (0.1T–10T), providing multiple models to meet different heavy-duty lifting requirements.
Designed with excellent magnetic stability and demagnetization resistance, ensuring reliable holding performance during long-term use in factories, warehouses and machining facilities.
With a safety factor of up to 3.5:1, the robust construction and reliable pull-off force provide enhanced safety and confidence for heavy-duty material handling.
Not every ferrous lifting job requires slings, clamps or powered lifting equipment. Where flat steel plates, moulds, machined blocks and ferrous workpieces need to be lifted, moved and positioned cleanly — in a fabrication shop, tool room, metal warehouse or machine assembly area — a permanent magnetic lifter does the job at lower cost and with less rigging time than sling-based or vacuum lifting gear. The DML series is built for exactly that: dependable, electricity-free magnetic lifting.
Which DML model fits your job? If you handle small workpieces, light tooling and thin steel sheets for daily workshop use, smaller 100–600 kg DML models offer compact size and easy one-hand lever operation. If you move heavy steel plates, large moulds and bulky ferrous loads in industrial yards and machining workshops, 1T–10T heavy-duty DML models deliver stronger pull-off force and higher load capacity. If you just need straightforward, economical magnetic lifting for regular ferrous material handling, the standard DML series is the simpler, more reliable choice.

If the load only requires standard hooked or slung lifting, conventional rigging gear is the simpler, more economical choice. For flat ferrous workpieces that need damage-free, rigging-free magnetic lifting, the DML magnetic lifter is the ideal option.
Choose from 100 kg to 10,000 kg based on your heaviest workpiece weight, plus appropriate safety margin.
Confirm the workpiece has sufficient flat contact area and minimum steel thickness to match the lifter's magnetic pole face before ordering.
Select the suitable model size and lever type to match your workshop layout, handling frequency and on-site working environment.
Strong permanent magnetic force provides reliable lifting without external power.
Safety factor up to 3.5:1 for enhanced lifting safety and stability.
Provides reliable magnetic holding force to securely grip ferromagnetic loads.
Power-free operation reduces electrical failure risks and supports continuous industrial use.
Rated lifting capacity from 100 kg to 10,000 kg, covering various lifting requirements.
Durable construction with a convenient manual control handle for quick and easy operation.
From what positions can the DML permanent magnetic lifter lift?
It is used for lifting and transporting flat ferrous workpieces mainly in horizontal positions. It is not recommended for vertical or side lifting unless verified for your specific application.
What capacities does it come in?
The DML series covers 0.1t, 0.2t, 0.3t, 0.4t, 0.6t, 0.8t, 1t, 1.5t, 2t, 3t, 5t and 10t per unit.
How does the safety mechanism work?
The lifter adopts a manual switch magnetic circuit structure. The permanent magnet provides stable magnetic holding force; the safety factor reaches 3.0~3.5 times rated load. It will not demagnetize automatically during lifting operation. The lever locks securely in both ON and OFF positions to prevent accidental magnetic release.
What workpiece thickness and contact surface are required?
The workpiece needs enough flat, clean contact surface and minimum steel thickness corresponding to each model. Thin steel plates may reduce the actual holding force.
What is it made of?
It is manufactured with heavy-duty steel housing and built-in high-performance permanent magnetic materials, fitted with a sturdy lifting shackle.
