The DQD track jack pairs a compact manual lifting body with a rack-and-pinion drive, giving the unit both top lifting and bottom hook lifting in one tool. Available in maximum lifting capacities from 5 t to 30 t — with a matching hook capacity of 2.5 t to 15 t and lifting heights up to 750 cm — it's built for railway track laying, bridge erection, and ports, steel, mining, petrochemical and construction sites where a load needs to be raised and held on trackside or uneven ground, not just a flat-floor lift. Swing the rocker, the tooth claw moves up and down, the fixed claw links in coordination, and the rack rises or falls with the load.
It shares its rack-and-pinion mechanism with the wider manual jack family, but adds a bottom hook for pulling loads up from below — see the comparison below to confirm which model fits your installation.
Available in 5–30T maximum lifting capacity, with a maximum hook lift capacity of 2.5–15T, suitable for demanding lifting operations.
Features a compact mechanical structure with a simple operating principle, making it easy to use and suitable for confined working environments.
Equipped with top and foot hooks, providing flexible lifting positions for different load-handling requirements.
Widely used in railway track laying, bridge erection, construction, ports, steel, shipbuilding, mining, transportation, pipeline installation and other industries.
Where a load has to be raised and held on trackside, uneven or outdoor ground — railway track laying, bridge erection, a port berth, a maintenance bay — a manual rack-and-pinion jack does the job with no power cord, no hoses, and a simple rugged body. The DQD is built for exactly that: dependable, portable, dual-purpose lifting.
Which DQD model fits your job? If you need light top lifting up to 5 t, the DQD-5 covers the job at 160 cm lift. If you're handling rail or bridge loads up to 30 t, the DQD-30 steps up to 750 cm lift. If you also need to pull loads up from below, every DQD model adds a bottom hook at half the top capacity — the simpler, more economical choice for trackside work. Choose from 5 t, 10 t, 15 t, 20 t or 30 t based on your heaviest rated load, plus a safety margin.
The bottom hook capacity is half the top capacity (e.g. DQD-30 hooks 15 t); order accordingly if you also need to pull loads up from below.
Match the required raise against each model — from 160 cm on the DQD-5 up to 750 cm on the DQD-30.
DQD jacks suit trackside, outdoor and uneven ground; confirm the top high and foot hook height clear the structure before ordering.
Available in 5T, 10T, 15T, 20T and 30T models, covering a wide range of heavy-duty lifting requirements.
Features both top head and foot hook lifting points, allowing flexible operation for different lifting positions and working conditions.
The rocker handle drives the gear and tooth-claw mechanism, providing reliable manual lifting without external power.
Maximum lifting height reaches 750 mm, with different models offering 160–750 mm, adapting to various lifting requirements.
Simple mechanical construction with a compact design for convenient operation, transportation and maintenance.
Suitable for railway track laying, bridge erection, vehicles and equipment lifting, and widely used in ports, power, steel, shipbuilding, mining, construction, transportation and other industries.
What is the DQD track jack used for?
