DQL Screw Jack is a new series of national standard types. It has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, light weight and convenient carrying. It is widely used in factories, warehouses, bridges, docks, transportation and construction engineering departments for lifting operations.
The DQL screw jack pairs a compact, manually operated lifting body with a geared screw drive, giving the unit dependable vertical lift with no power source or hydraulics required. Available in rated capacities from 3.2 t to 320 t, it's built for factory warehouses, bridges, docks, transport fleets and construction sites where a load needs solid, stationary support — not just a quick one-off raise. Swing the rocking rod, the pinion turns through a pair of level gears, drives the screw and pushes the elevating sleeve up or down.
It shares its mechanical screw mechanism with the DQLD low-profile series, but uses a taller elevating sleeve for standard lifting height — see the comparison below to confirm which model fits your installation.
Compact structure, small volume and lightweight design make the screw jack easy to carry, transport and operate in different working environments.
Available in multiple models from 3.2T to 320T, meeting different heavy lifting requirements for industrial and construction applications.
The manual rocking handle drives the pinion and gear mechanism to rotate the screw, smoothly raising or lowering the lifting sleeve with controlled operation.
Suitable for lifting operations in factories, warehouses, bridges, docks, transportation and construction projects, providing a practical solution for heavy-duty lifting.
Where a load has to be raised and held at a fixed point — a factory floor, a bridge bearing, a dockside, a vehicle maintenance bay — a manually operated screw jack does the job with no power cord, no oil leaks, and less to maintain. The DQL is built for exactly that: dependable, stationary mechanical lifting.
Which DQL model fits your job? If you need standard lifting height, the DQL series covers 3.2 t to 320 t in a taller elevating sleeve. If your headroom is tight, the DQLD low-profile model keeps the same gear-and-screw mechanism in a shorter body. If you just need straightforward manual lifting and support, the DQL standard type is the simpler, more economical choice. Compare: DQL SCREW JACK Compare: DSJ MECHANICAL STEEL JACK

Choose from 3.2 t up to 320 t based on your heaviest rated load, plus a safety margin.
Check the required raise against each model's Lifting.H — from 110 mm on the DQL-3.2 up to 260 mm on the 50-ton model.
Verify the jack's minimum height fits under the load; the DQLD low-profile series offers a shorter body for tight clearance.
Use the standard DQL where height is not limited, and the DQLD when installation space is restricted — same gear-and-screw mechanism, shorter elevating sleeve.
Covers a wide capacity range from 3.2 tons to 320 tons, suitable for various heavy-duty lifting requirements.
Features a compact structure and small overall size, making it suitable for lifting operations where working space is limited.
Uses a manual mechanical lifting mechanism. The rocking handle drives the gears and screw to raise or lower the load without external power.
Different models offer 110–260 mm lifting height, providing flexible lifting solutions for different applications.
Designed for convenient transportation and handling, with net weights ranging from 4 kg to 207 kg depending on capacity.
Widely applicable to factories, warehouses, bridges, docks, transportation and construction projects, making it a versatile tool for professional lifting operations.
What is the DQL screw jack used for?
It is a manually operated lifting tool used for raising and supporting heavy loads in factory warehouses, bridges, docks, transport and construction engineering sites.
What capacities does it come in?
The DQL series covers 3.2 t, 5 t, 8 t, 10 t, 16 t, 20 t, 25 t, 32 t, 50 t, 100 t, 200 t and 320 t per piece.
How does it work?
