All units feature a 4:1 ultimate load safety factor, and each unit undergoes individual proof load testing at 2.5 times WLL with corresponding certification, in full compliance with relevant lifting safety standards.
Verify critical dimensions A, B, K and D to ensure proper fit and full interchangeability with mating rigging components, including master links, lifting hooks, chain slings and other end fittings. Improper dimensional matching will cause abnormal stress loading and compromise safety performance.
Standard surface finish is high-grade powder plastified coating for reliable corrosion and wear resistance. Stock colors are Red (RAL3020) and Yellow (RAL1003) for on-site safety grade identification. Custom color options are available upon request to align with your site management specifications.
