If the job involves standard industrial lifting and rigging, Grade 80 chain is the proven, economical choice. For compact heavy-lift scenarios, Grade 100 chain delivers higher capacity at the same diameter.
Choose from 0.5t to 63t working load limit based on your heaviest rated load, plus required safety margin.
Confirm chain pitch, inside width and diameter match your hoist sprocket and end fittings before ordering.
Pick from hot-dip zinc, dacromet, black, oil and other finishes to match your corrosion and wear requirements.
Compliant with EN818-7, available in Grade 80 and Grade 100.
High-strength construction with excellent load-bearing performance.
4:1 safety factor and 2.5× proof load for reliable lifting safety.
Available in hot-dip zinc, Dacromet, metal coated, black and oil finishes.
Various sizes and load capacities to meet different lifting requirements.
Multiple grades, sizes and surface treatments available according to customer needs.
What’s the difference between Grade 80 and Grade 100 hoist chain?
Grade 80 hoist chain is the cost-effective standard for general industrial lifting; Grade 100 hoist chain offers higher working load limit at the same chain diameter for low-headroom heavy lifting. Choose based on your load weight and space constraints.
What capacities do Grade 80 & Grade 100 hoist chains come in?
Both series cover working load limits from 0.5 ton to 63 ton, all with a 4:1 safety factor.
What surface finishes are available for the hoist chain?
Standard options include black oxide and oil coating. Hot-dip galvanized and Dacromet finishes are available for corrosive environments.
Can I get custom chain lengths?
Yes — we can cut chain to your required working length and assemble with end fittings if custom chain assemblies are needed.
What temperature range does the hoist chain support?
Standard chain works between -20℃ to +200℃. Special high-temperature chain is available upon request.
